We had our property on the market for a few months with another agent, we were appalled by the lack of service that we received and we ended up terminating the listing contract with the other agent. We were in a desperate situation, as we purchased a new home and needed to sell before we could take possession of the new one.
We didn't know what to do, as we already lost over 2 months with another agent. So I started to research and call around, and there was one particular agent would dedicate time and attention to me, and that person was Mark.
The overall experience with Mark was superb. His attention to detail and his persistence helped us sell our home with perfect timing!
Mark used an honest approach with us. He never tried to "wiggle" around the truth. He was very straightforward and genuine.
He would ask us for input before he made any final decisions and gave us an opportunity to disagree with him.
I wouldn't change anything about Marks approach! It was his careful planning that resulted in the sale of our house. He targets specific markets using a wide variety of advertising to achieve the interest. His "monthly" newsletter gets mass-emailed to a lot of people, and our house was featured in that newsletter, that already gives us an advantage over any other agent.
As for advice, there really isn't any I can give you. Mark is very accessible, you can reach him by email, phone, txt message...he is very promt with his reply.
He is on top of everything, and takes away the worry. He does what a Great Real estate agetnt should do.
