the interior and exterior of your home and produce a high
quality "on-line" feature sheet on your home stressing all
the highlights, features and extras of your home, see
example sheet. I have been able to sell many of my clients'
homes directly from inquires off my internet web site.
Think about it. Buyers who contact me after seeing inside and
outside photos of your home, having read a detailed description of the
features and benefits of your home and having an opportunity to drive
by your home are very interested buyers! |

Feature your home on my monthly EZINE Real
Estate Newsletter and Email every possible client in our database
a copy of your feature sheet and colour photos to promote your home to
these " HOT " purchasers and any other potential purchaser of
your home. |

Create high quality colour promotion flyers of
your home. Your home feature sheets will be easy to read and include exterior
and interior photographs. I will also include local school information
and room measurements in imperial units, a copy of your survey and a floor
plan if available. |

I will have your home featured on the mls.ca website
as well as on http://www.mississauga4sale.com,
an exclusive corporate web page. Another inside 'marketing tactic'
I use is this - When your home appears on the public MLS sites, it will
have a Virtual Tour button linked to all the photos and extra information
about your home on my website - potential buyers will be have all the
information, not just the ' limited ' outline provided on the public web
sites. This improves quality buyers inquiring and viewing your home before
our competition. |

I will use a variety of marketing venues to promote your
property, the specific approach will be dependent on the strength of readership
and effectiveness at the time. Local publications are: The RE/MAX Directory,
the Mississauga Real Estate News, Resale homes and condos magazine. |

Follow-up with Agents who show your property to get feedback
and to see if there are any things the agents may have missed, ideas or
